The Basics
Do I qualify?
At Just Divorce, we offer complete 4-week flat-fee divorce services in uncontested cases. So, what does that mean? First, either you or your spouse must be a Florida resident for at least 6 months before you file for divorce. Second, you and your spouse have to agree on all of the major issues in your case — alimony, child support, custody, property division, etc.
That's it. If at least one spouse is a Florida resident, and if both spouses agree on terms, you qualify for a Just Divorce flat-fee divorce.

Why do you charge more than some other websites?
Unlike many of the divorce services you find online, Just Divorce is actually a fully licensed family law firm. That means we don't sell blank forms. We don't hand you a stack of computer-generated documents and send you on your way to figure the rest out for yourself. We handle everything for you.
While the cost of a flat-fee divorce may at first sound high, when you consider the peace of mind that having a fully licensed and experienced local divorce attorney by your side every step of the way affords, the modest fee we charge starts to make more sense.

Can I really get divorced in 4 weeks? That seems so fast.
Absolutely! At Just Divorce, we strive for quick results. We understand that you just want to move on with your life and we want to make sure you can do that as soon as possible. As long as you and your spouse are cooperative, and barring delays out of our control, you should expect your divorce to be complete before you know it.
Why does it take 4 weeks? That seems so long.
We get it. People who want to be divorced want to be divorced right away. Florida does, however, have some statutory waiting periods that must be observed and that slows the process down just a bit. That said, barring any unforeseen delays outside of our control, your divorce should be complete in just under a month.
